D-McP Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager Assistant/Coordinator. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $20 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.


**Job Overview:**

As a Project Manager Assistant/Coordinator, you will work closely with our project manager to assist in daily duties and coordinate employees, equipment, and materials for various construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our projects from start to finish.


**Responsibilities:**

- Assist project manager in organizing and scheduling project activities

- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment

- Communicate project updates and deadlines to team members

- Maintain project documentation and records

- Assist in budget tracking and cost analysis

- Collaborate with project manager to resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies


**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
