🕓 Your Schedule, Your Balance

This full-time hybrid role includes 3 in-clinic days per week at our Raeford, NC location and 2 remote workdays for flexibility, documentation, and family collaboration.

🧩 What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
  • Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
