    • Pedagogical Excellence: Demonstrated strength in teaching foundational literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
    • Classroom Management: Skilled in creating a nurturing, structured environment using Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) to encourage social-emotional growth.
    • Collaborative Spirit: A team player who communicates effectively with parents, colleagues, and administration.
