YOUR TASKS

• Managing inventory target of assigned profile to meet department and corporate KPI.
  按照配置文件中的库存目标管理库存，以实现部门和公司的KPI
• Support all forecast related activities as well as drives forecast accuracy using historial sales data and Inventory matrix in
  APO.
  用APO 中的历史数据和库存组合实现各种需求预测，并完善准确率
• Strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders.
  与相关各方保持良好的工作关系和沟通
• Weekly procurement/replenishment process using APO.
  每周使用APO 进行库存补充
• Close collaboration with Asian Hub, forwarders and vendors to ensure smooth Inbound delivery.
  与亚太仓库，运输公司和供应商紧密合作，以保证货物入库顺畅
• Proactively review vendor’s backlog & expedite to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure timely update of schedule in
  SAP.
  主动查看供应商的未交货订单以促进按时交付。及时更新SAP 中的交付计划。
• Manage assigned material master data and purchase pricing.
  管理负责物料的主数据和采购价格。
• Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  解决突发事件
• Initiate continuous improvement pertaining to planning and procurement processes.
  不断主动完善计划和采购流程
• Taking part in or coordinate meetings with other functional teams.
  参与或者组织与其他部门的会议
• Carrying out any other tasks related to this position.

• You would also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and be able to build strong and effective relationships with
  key stakeholders.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing &
  Materials or Business discipline
  供应链或采购和材料或者商务专业本科毕业
• Well verse in written and spoken mandarin & English.
  良好的英语书面和口头表达能力
• At least 3 years of related experience in Planning &
  Procurement 至少3 年的采购计划相关工作经验
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office software – MS Excel &
  Powerpoint 精通微软Office 软件--MS Excel 和PowerPoint
• Proficient in SAP/ERP, APO experience preferred.
  精通SAP/ERP，有APO 经验者优先
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  较强的分析能力和对细节的关注
• Effective communication skills and good knowledge
  of inter-function collaboration.
  有效的沟通技巧和良好的职能间合作知识
