  • Preparatoria o Carrera técnica afín a la industria automotriz

    Experiencia mínima de 1 año en la compañía como técnico Calidad Jr.

  • Conocimientos básicos de los procesos y productos de Borgwarner

  • Conocimiento básico del sistema de calidad ELS, sus procedimientos e instructivos

  • Conocimiento básico de la Norma IATF, ISO 9001:2015, CQI-08, CQI-15, CQI-09 Aplicables al área.

  • Conocimientos básicos en herramientas de solución de problemas (A3, 5W2H, 8D)

  • Experiencia laboral (personal interno)

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año como técnico de calidad y/o auditor de calidad.

    Conocimientos básicos de los procesos de manufactura automotriz.
