Job Description

Stellar Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer (Sr/Staff) to join the Mission Integration Team supporting the Artemis program. In this role, you will engage in critical problem-solving across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle, contributing to spacecraft mission design, test campaign execution, and overall mission success.

In this role, you will:

  • Support spacecraft mission design and system integration activities
  • Develop and execute test campaigns across the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues
  • Investigate test findings and anomalies to ensure mission integrity
  • Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Approximately 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in systems engineering or related fields
  • Experience with test campaign definition and execution
  • Experience with hardware/software integration and troubleshooting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Spacecraft Design & Mission Development
  • Experience with Python coding (intermediate or advanced proficiency)
  • Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits:
The typical salary pay range for this position is USD $110,000 – $155,000 per year plus a significant, company-funded profit-sharing retirement savings plan. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus and a full benefits package.
