The Management Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Vancouver corporate office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping systems running smoothly, managing logistics, and supporting a professional office environment. You will be responsible for mail and package handling, office supply inventory, document management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support. If you take pride in organization, reliability, and attention to detail, this is a great opportunity to grow within a well-established property management company serving communities across Washington and Oregon.

What You�ll Do

Mail & Shipping Operations

  • Receive, sort, route, and process incoming and returned mail
  • Manage outgoing mail, certified mail, and package shipments
  • Maintain postage accounts and shipping partner processes
  • Coordinate daily post office and bank deliveries

Office Supplies & Inventory

  • Purchase and track office and kitchen supplies
  • Maintain storage areas and organization standards
  • Prepare monthly inventory reports and cost tracking
  • Perform quarterly inventory audits

Document & Office Support

  • Scan invoices and documents for electronic storage
  • Operate printers, copiers, postage meters, and office equipment
  • Provide administrative support to staff and assist with special projects

Vendor & Office Coordination

  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Support vendor compliance tracking and onboarding
  • Maintain professional interactions with vendors and coworkers

What We�re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience with mail handling, shipping, or office coordination
  • Experience with supply management or inventory tracking preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment
  • Professional communication skills and positive team attitude
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment and computer systems
