We’re seeking a Regional Human Resources (HR) Director who is Ready to make an impact across multiple states. Coverage Areas: In this role, you’ll provide Regional HR support to our East Region U.S. locations such as Northeast and Southeast States (PA, MA, VA, MI, OH, GA, AL, FL etc.). Must have the flexibility to scale up as needed with a global mindset as part of our nationwide team.
MUST RESIDE IN THE EASTERN TIME ZONE.
What You Will Bring
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership capacity
Strong presentation and communication skills
Proven conflict resolution skills—calm under pressure, objective in approach
Experience across all HR functional areas: Employee Relations, Employment Law, Compliance, Risk Management, HR Operations, Talent Management, Benefits (Accommodations), understanding of LOA and Workers Comp, basic payroll knowledge, Mergers & Acquisitions and Start-ups.
Hands-on with HR tech: HRIS, ATS, payroll systems
Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence through metrics
A confident, adaptable presence—able to navigate complex situations with professionalism and poise
Emotional intelligence and resilience—you lead with empathy, but stay grounded and solution-focused
A dynamic communication style—clear, compelling, and able to connect with diverse audiences
