Job Summary

The Family Adventure Park is a team-oriented culture full of outdoor enthusiasts. Attendants work as a part of a team to assist guests and to facilitate the safe operation of various attractions including the Mega Zip Line, Kids Adventure Course, Quick Flight/Climbing Tower, Bounce House, Conveyor Lift (must be at least 18 years old to operate), Gem Mining, Summer Tubing, Snow Tubing, and Mountain Coaster (must be at least 18 years old to operate). Attendants should be able to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with co-workers and guests, and show a willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training. Comfort working at heights is a plus, but we have a variety of ground-level positions.

Required

Strong customer service skills and a willingness to interact with the public

Able to perform job functions following specified departmental goals, standards, and safety precautions

Ability to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions

Preferred

Previous experience with outdoor recreation, adventure park/high ropes, or customer service is preferred

Typical Schedule

Days:

Varies seasonally, including weekends and holidays

Hours:

Varies seasonally; may include evenings as needed

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete requisite on-the-job training and become familiar with the industry operational standard and operational safety protocols
  • Facilitate the daily operation of various park attractions
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and consistent support to all guests and participants
  • Provide assistance and support to participants as needed
  • Other duties as assigned by management
