Purpose of Position
The HRIS Analyst, Senior will be responsible for ensuring proper design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of system upgrades, change requests and processes. Support the respective global HR COE (s) on HR technology. Provides guidance to the HRIS Analyst position.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Support and maintenance of the global HCM platform (SAP SuccessFactors) including, but not limited to, auditing of employee transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, researching and resolving system problems and unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- In partnership with the larger HRIS Team, assist in the implementation of new technology platforms, system upgrades & enhancement projects by providing support to requirement gathering and documentation, business process mapping and redesign, data conversions, system configurations, testing, deployment, cutover coordination, training and system post go live stabilization
- Leads cross-functional team meetings and projects in support of the HR technology roadmap. Effectively communicates project status, open items, and follow-up items.
- Vendor management of our managed service partners and consultants by ensuring the team is acccountable to deliverables and staying on time and on budget.
- Understands and maintains employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management. Follows appropriate change control processes and approval processes when applying updates to employee records and other system configuration.

- Experience with HR Information Systems required; SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM platform is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly skilled in Excel and Powerpoint. Strong data visualization skills.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems; detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and follow through.
- Possesses an analytical mind for translating user needs to determine when system changes should be made and how systems and processes can be made more efficient.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, planning and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines, maintain highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll practices and processes
- Experience with project-related activities through active participation in system-related and HR projects.
Base Salary Range
$70,000 - $163,000
