What will you be doing?

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will identify modernization, services, and equipment sales opportunities across law enforcement and commercial shooting range facilities.

This role is highly execution focused. The SDR will review internal company records, identify people and facilities to contact, conduct high-volume outbound phone calls, and accurately document findings in the CRM. The goal is to uncover opportunities for sales and service needs and route those leads to the correct internal teams.

This is not a closing role. Success is measured by calls completed, information captured, and opportunities identified and documented. This role helps capture otherwise unseen opportunities by turning outbound outreach and structured data collection into actionable pipeline for Sales, Service, and Store Product teams.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify outreach targets by reviewing internal records, past projects, and service data to prioritize aging and competitor-installed facilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound calls (40–60/day) to range operators, training staff, and facility managers to gather information
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to determine facility age, equipment, operational issues, and upgrade plans
  • Document all findings in the CRM with accuracy and consistency, including contacts, facility details, and identified needs
  • Qualify and route opportunities to Sales, Service, or Store Product teams based on identified needs
  • Maintain and update a centralized opportunity tracker to support pipeline visibility and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Any relevant internship, sales experience, or customer-facing role
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Basic experience with spreadsheets or CRM systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills

Performance Expectations

  • Outbound calls per day: 40–60
  • Completed conversations:10–20 daily
  • CRM records updated:15+ daily
  • Opportunities identified: 5–10 weekly
