Assembly Technician 1st Shift
 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Assembling various types of industrial fans per work order and within stated scrap rates
  • Balancing & testing fans and motors
  • Staging parts
  • Reading blueprints
  • Using precision measurement equipment
  • Daily workplace cleaning
  • Operating a forklift & pallet jack
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in production
  • Working with basic hand tools & precision measuring equipment.
  • Basic math skills
  • Experience with inventory
  • Working with hand tools, detail oriented in a fast paced environment, familiar with metric system
  • Familiar with windows based computers
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing
  • Ability to stand on concrete for the entirety of the shift
  • Ability to pick up and move parts
  • Heavy lifting (50 lbs. to 70 lbs.)
  • Ability to reach, bend, handle, lift, walk and stand
  • Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the United States
