Job Description

Town and Country Resort is a lively, full-service San Diego property with over 600 guest rooms, which means every reservation helps shape a guest’s experience from the very first click or call. As a Full-Time Reservations Agent, you’ll be the welcoming voice behind those stays, helping guests book their next getaway with confidence and a smile.

This role matters because you’re often the first impression of the resort! And yes, the perks are worth smiling about too: incentive bonuses, complimentary stays for you and your family, free daily lunch, free parking, a 401(k), medical/dental/vision insurance, and employer-paid life insurance for full-time team members. #TownCountrySD

  • Answer incoming calls and emails with warmth, charm, and a genuine desire to help (yes, people can hear your smile).

  • Assist guests with room reservations, packages, and special requests while upselling like a natural storyteller, not a salesperson.

  • Provide accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions (be their unofficial San Diego guide).

  • Navigate reservation systems efficiently and keep records clean, organized, and error-free.

  • Handle changes, cancellations, and guest concerns with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset.

  • Collaborate with front office and sales teams to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to check-out.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, call center, or customer service preferred.

  • Strong communication skills—clear, friendly, and confident (bonus points for bilingual ability).

  • Comfortable multitasking while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn reservation systems and software.

  • A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
