Are you a dependable CDL driver seeking a role that goes beyond driving? We’re looking for a CDL In-Plant Driver to join our fast-paced team. This position combines driving with hands-on tasks, offering variety and opportunity in your workday. Essential Job Functions
- Load and unload tankers and transport materials within the plant.
- Perform labor-intensive tasks, including climbing ladders on tankers and storage tanks.
- Operate manual transmission tractors exclusively.
- Safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications And Education Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
- Proficiency with manual transmissions preferred.
- Tanker endorsement (required).
- Hazmat endorsement (preferred but must be obtained within 60 days of employment).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to complete these requirements with or without accommodation:
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and up to 80 lbs. occasionally.
