The Role
As an Associate Account Executive, you’ll participate in a hands-on, interactive training program designed to build the foundational skills needed to succeed in a full-cycle sales role.
You’ll start by learning how to prospect, engage customers, and uncover opportunities — partnering closely with experienced Account Executives. As you develop, you’ll take on more ownership, ultimately progressing into managing your own territory and closing business.
This is a high-visibility, high-growth role where your effort, mindset, and performance directly influence how quickly you advance.

What You’ll Do
- Proactively prospect into prospective and existing customers using a consultative sales approach
- Embrace a hunter mindset — generating new opportunities through cold outreach, persistence, and creativity
- Partner with Account Executives to learn the full sales cycle and support territory strategy and execution
- Identify customer needs, ask thoughtful questions, and uncover meaningful sales opportunities
- Progress into owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting through close — as you ramp
- Deliver a strong customer experience through responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through
- Collaborate across teams to drive results and support shared goals
- Track activity, pipeline, and insights in Salesforce to manage performance and improve outcomes

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree OR a combination of post-secondary education and 2+ years of work experience
- A clear interest in pursuing sales as a long-term career — not just a first job

Preferred Experience
1+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles (retail, service, internships, athletics, etc.)
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience working toward goals, quotas, or performance metrics
Location
This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required (3 days per week) at our Minneapolis office.

The total annualized on-target compensation for this role is: $60,000 (base salary + commission).
