Our mission is to deliver strategically located, hyperscale data centers designed for speed, reliability, and scalability. Backed by decades of experience in design, construction, and operations, we don’t just build—we execute with purpose.

Our Values

  • Client First Alignment: We align every solution to our clients’ goals.
  • Speed with Certainty: Velocity matters. We deliver with urgency and precision.
  • Operational Excellence: Decades of experience drive our high standards.
  • Safety & Integrity: Safety is non-negotiable. We lead with integrity and transparency.

The Opportunity

As Montera scales, legal strategy is business strategy. From land acquisition to hyperscale leasing, from energy procurement to corporate transactions, you’ll be the architect of frameworks that power our expansion. If you thrive on complexity and want to influence decisions at the highest level, this is your opportunity.

General Counsel will lead Montera’s legal, governance, and compliance functions. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, Board, and senior leadership team, ensuring that Montera navigates risk, meets regulatory requirements, and supports strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in corporate law, data center leasing and land acquisition, as well as strong commercial, energy, and real estate expertise. This is a critical leadership role that blends legal oversight with business strategy.
