PSP provides a range of services, including Assurance Audit (spanning all industries, with a particular focus on Real Estate and Private Equity), Broader Assurance Services, Tax (including Managed Services, Corporate Tax, VAT, and Accounting), and Advisory (specializing in the Global Fund Industry and Real Estate Valuation).

About the Role
As associate Policy Analyst you will be part of our Industry and Public Sector practice, within General Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients seize essential advantages by working alongside public sector leaders to solve their toughest problems and capture their greatest opportunities. You’ll provide policy and economic analysis, collaborating with EU institutions to develop evidence-based solutions that support Europe’s digital and economic transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering evaluations, impact assessments and policy studies for EU institutions , including data collection, analysis, conduct interviews with stakeholders, writing and presenting reports and deliverables.
- Contributing to the management of projects supporting the qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
- Draft and contribute to proposals and bids for EU institutions, ensuring clear, persuasive, and compliant submission
- Manage stakeholder engagement activities and present findings to diverse audiences, bridging analytical rigor with actionable insights;
- Work in a highly dynamic, international environment, collaborating closely with cross-border teams;
- Manage projects or work streams using PwC methodologies and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 – 3 years of professional experience in policy studies, evaluation and/or impact assessment, with a good knowledge of EU policies, preferably in the areas of health, digital, research and innovation, industry, entrepreneurship policy
- Hold a Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, or a related field (a PhD is considered an asset);
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to conduct desk research, interviews with stakeholders in the framework of evaluations and policy studies and draw insightful conclusions from data.
- Have experience in proposal drafting and project delivery for EU institutions (European Commission or agencies);
- A previous experience working in a consultancy firm is an asset.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Flexible and mobile, with a willingness to travel as required.
