This position requires a strategic and technically adept leader who can operate effectively across executive, architectural, and operational levels of the organization. The role will partner closely with the CIO, enterprise architecture leadership, enterprise technology and global business stakeholders to align user experience design, information management, embedded analytics and AI capabilities with Sompo’s broader digital transformation strategy.
