Role Description
We’re seeking Production Associates to support our manufacturing operations by assembling products, preparing materials, and ensuring finished goods meet quality and safety standards. This hands‑on role is essential to keeping production running smoothly.
This position is based at our Burlington, NJ Manufacturing and Warehouse Facility and follows a Monday–Thursday schedule with 10‑hour shifts.
What You'll Do:
- Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards
- Prepare, measure, and stage materials needed for assembly
- Load and unload materials from workstations as needed
- Use hand tools and basic power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Pack completed units for shipment
- Follow all safety, quality, and procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
