A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will make an impact by ensuring payroll is accurate, compliant, and completed on time. You’ll also:
• Support employees and managers through timely and professional payroll-related communication.
• Administer Certified Payroll for Davis-Bacon projects using LCP Tracker and other reporting tools.
• Enter and maintain payroll data with exceptional attention to detail.
• Process compensation changes, wage adjustments, and deductions with accuracy and integrity.
• Research and resolve payroll discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality and excellent service.

You Should Have:
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Three or more years of experience processing payroll
• Strong math skills and the ability to understand and analyze numerical data
• Excellent communication, customer service, planning, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfort with technology
• The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a sense of urgency
• A professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
