POSITION SUMMARY:

Position is located in an oil refinery and the primary function is to maintain premises, restrooms, and working areas of the offices within the petroleum refinery and follows all safety protocols to ensure all office buildings are in a clean and orderly condition.

POSITION DETAILS:

SHEDULE: Monday - Friday

SHIFT: 8:00AM - 4:30PM 

HOURLY RATE: $18.50

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS:

The following reflects managements definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

• Responsible for floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge.


• Dusting and disinfecting equipment, furniture, and/or fixtures, etc...


• Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge.


• Clean and sanitize restrooms daily


• Cleaning of windows in conference rooms and management offices, etc...


• Stoking of supplies throughout the office.


• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
