Job Description

Hotel Ambassadors will serve as the first impression of our resort to a large subset of our guests. As such, a successful candidate will be personable, guest focused, and display exceptional communication skills. General responsibilities include checking guests into accommodations, effectively communicating all resort/hotel policies, collecting methods of payment (or ensuring continued use of previous methods of payment), assigning keys for access to dwellings, and providing directional information to lodging and onsite services. Ambassadors will consistently display a willingness to go above and beyond for guests while on property. Ambassadors are knowledgeable and able to describe the amenities offered by the resort.
