Job Description

The junior Planner will be responsible for Supply Chain Operational Support for cross business requirements.

  • Ensure MPS/MRP accuracy
  • Analyze and follow up on E&O report and disposition
  • Analyze inventory report & inventory turns
  • Timely reporting and system updating

Responsibilities

  • Analyze assemblies listing for MPS/MRP loading and generation. Review on MRP report accuracy before release to buyer. Trouble shooting encountered on MRP issues   
  • Analyze E&O impact on affected assemblies or models, prepare reports for Operational and Management review and follow-up actions.
  • Co-ordinate End of Line (EOL) product for monthly calculation and summarized report for management review.
  • Responsible for generating and compiling materials related reports for management review and follow-up.
  • Analyze and prepare monthly inventory report / inventory turns for  management review.
  • Timely update on AOP goals and results
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of working experiences in materials and production planning in a manufacturing environment.
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Experience with ERP software, Microsoft Office, Excel Macro and/or Oracle report writing a plus
  • Familiar with production flow and constraints.
  • Familiar with scheduling mechanics and procedures.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Independent, self motivated, responsible.
  • Ability to multi-task and a good team player.
