Responsibilities
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Develop and execute integrated marketing activities across digital and traditional channels
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, and sales enablement documents
- Manage and monitor lead generation activities, including campaign tracking and analytics
- Oversee and analyze market trends, competitor developments, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Plan, coordinate, and organize events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with sales and other stakeholders
- Measure campaign performance, prepare reports, and derive data-driven recommendations.
- Grow and strengthen our presence across all key channels
Qualifications
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including content creation, campaign planning, and sales support
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in content marketing, campaign management, and lead generation
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, and performance-driven marketing
- Experience in organizing and executing marketing activities
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Language skills: Fluent Czech and English (written & spoken)
- A proactive, creative, and analytical mindset
