The Automotive Sales Manager ensures customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational efficiency by leading the sales team, implementing strategic initiatives, and managing inventory and compliance. We need someone in this role at Bob King Auto Group who combines strong leadership with analytical and organizational skills to drive profitability and maintain a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads, mentors, and motivates the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

  • Develops and implements sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Maintains a customer-centric approach throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.

  • Ensure proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system for your team.

  • Monitor each salespersons follow-up system for new vehicle purchasers.

  • Oversee inventory mix, pricing, and merchandising for optimal turnover.

  • Conduct training sessions and provide continuous development opportunities.

  • Reviews and analyzes sales data to make data-driven decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.

  • Supports cross-departmental initiatives to enhance dealership performance.

  • Performs duties as directed by General Manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor�s degree or equivalent experience in sales management, or related field.

  • 3�5 years of experience in automotive sales and/or dealership management.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and dealership operations.

  • Proficiency in sales management industry software and tools.

  • Proficiency in digital communication channels.

  • Valid Driver�s License.
