Job Description

In this role, you’ll play a key part in how First Nonprofit reaches and supports mission-driven organizations across the country. Your work building campaigns, optimizing our website, and shaping our digital presence helps more nonprofits discover programs that reduce their unemployment and operational costs. By helping them save money, you’re enabling those dollars to be redirected back into their communities, supporting the people and causes that need it most.

MARKETING STRATEGY

  • Help plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, affiliates, and sponsorships.
  • Work closely with affiliates, marketing, sales, and operations to keep campaigns aligned and make sure materials are accurate and easy for people to find.
  • Build and refine digital content plans based on what’s performing well and what the data is telling us.

WEBSITE & DIGITAL PERFORMANCE

  • Team up with web, design, and development partners to create and maintain on-brand websites and digital experiences.
  • Improve site structure, content, and digital assets (copy, images, multimedia) so they perform well in search and are easy to use.
  • Set up and manage analytics tools to track traffic, engagement, and conversions, and share what you’re seeing with the team.
  • Use keyword research and market/competitor insights to better understand what people are searching for and how to meet that intent.
  • Run A/B or multivariate tests and use the results to keep improving pages and campaigns.

OTHER

  • Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, web technologies, and key regulations, and bring ideas back to the team.
  • Explore new tools, channels, and technologies and suggest where they can help our online and search marketing efforts.
  • Support marketing staff with conference logistics.
  • Additional related job duties as assigned.


SKILLS

  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience (or comparable CRM Software experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
