Job Description

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Operations Shift Leader, NB to join our team located at Tishomingo Gaming.

Summary:

Responsible for all gaming prize payout transactions during designated shift. Ensures compliance issues are met with all gaming regulations and internal policies and procedures are being followed.

Responsibilities:

* Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
- Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
- Greets and engages with a smile
- Determines needs, seeks positive experience and outcomes
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains general upkeep of work area and maintains a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Cleans assigned area
- Cleans and sweeps floors
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- May empty ash trays
- Disposes of trash
- May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
* Answers basic customer questions concerning gaming machines based on basic understanding of payout and machine operations
* Initiates minor machine repair and maintenance such as changing paper in gaming machines, bill acceptor cleaning, ticket replacement, cabinet cleaning, etc.
* Hourly jackpot and taxable prizes reports, including W2-G, 1099, Title 31 Multiple Transaction Logs and other gaming activity logs for jackpots, machine issues, traffic flow, etc.
* Assists with orientation, special activities and training on specific procedures, tasks or equipment
* Ensures all audits, reports and other operational communications are accurate and timely
- Completes a variety of standard and ad hoc reports as required
- Assists staff with accomplishing goals
- Ensures staff stays in assigned areas
- Investigates and resolves discrepancies
- Resolves minor employee concerns
- Communicates area performance and operational information to line of support
- Approves/denies time off requests
* Performs all other duties as assigned
