Project Coordinator

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote, with weekly on-site meetings)

Please Note: We are only considering candidates who live in the Atlanta area, as weekly in-person meetings are required.

Continuum Marketing is seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support print and production initiatives for one of our high-profile retail clients. This remote role is based in Atlanta and requires travel to the client’s headquarters approximately once per week. You'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of complex print and manufacturing programs within a fast-paced, retail-focused environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate print procurement, production, and delivery for marketing, sales, and promotional materials
  • Manage daily workflow and communication across internal teams, suppliers, and client stakeholders
  • Track project statuses, facilitate proofs and approvals, and oversee shipping logistics
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and vendors
  • Interface with print management software to monitor production and validate supplier invoices
  • Support multiple concurrent sourcing and production projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant project coordination or production experience (print or retail preferred)
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Airtable, Workfront, or similar project management tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think abstractly and problem-solve in dynamic environments
