We are seeking an experienced CNC Turning & Mill-Turn Machinist/Programmer skilled in multi-axis machining and CAM (GibbsCAM preferred) to produce high-precision components, including aerospace parts.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC lathes and mill-turn machines (2-axis & multi-axis)
Program and optimize machining processes using GibbsCAM
Interpret technical drawings, CAD models, and GD&T
Perform full machine setup, tooling selection, and offsets
Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times
Maintain machines and follow safety procedures
Train operators and collaborate with engineering and quality teams

Requirements

5–8+ years of CNC Turning & Mill-Turn experience

Strong CAM programming skills (GibbsCAM preferred)

Experience with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, and exotic alloys

Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or related field

Good English communication skills

Preferred

Aerospace or high-precision manufacturing experience
Valid driving license
