Job Purpose:

 Lead the organization’s sustainability transparency agenda by overseeing reporting of key ESG metrics, ensuring alignment with global frameworks such as IR, BRSR, CDP, and DJSI.
 Drive data integrity and credibility through robust internal controls and assurance processes, while spearheading the development and execution of decarbonization roadmaps aligned with SBTi and net-zero commitments.
 Provide strategic leadership in bridging the gap between sustainability strategy and execution by enabling cross-functional
collaboration, advancing digitalization initiatives, and effectively communicating ESG performance and insights to the Board and external stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities:

I. Strategic Preparation of Integrated Report (IR) & BRSR Report:
 Lead computation of key sustainability metrics through end-to-end ESG data collection, ensuring accuracy and integrity within ESG systems.
 Lead the preparation of Integrated Report (IR) and BRSR by synthesizing ESG data and narratives into a structured and compliant report.
 Drive internal assurance processes, including mock audits, to identify gaps and strengthen data reliability ahead of external assurance.
 Lead engagement with external assurance agencies to secure assurance statements and ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
 Provide strategic insights through analysis of quarterly ESG performance and development of actionable plans, including preparation of Board-level presentations.
 Oversee the calculation and reporting of Scope-3 emissions in alignment with GHG Protocol standards.
 Drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement to embed sustainability initiatives and best practices across the organization.
 Lead coordination and implementation of Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

II. Sustainability Disclosures and Strategy
 Lead analysis of prior-year CDP and DJSI responses to identify gaps and drive execution of action plans to strengthen ESG performance and improve scores.
 Lead the submission of annual disclosures on CDP and DJSI platforms.
 Drive ESG strategy formulation and execution aligned with organizational priorities, embedding sustainability across business functions.
 Reviewing of GHG emission targets validated by SBTi and Develop and drive execution of the decarbonization roadmap through cross-functional collaboration, ensuring structured tracking and timely delivery of initiatives.
 Manage submissions for Communication on Progress to UN Global Compact and UN Energy Compact, ensuring transparent reporting of commitments.
 Ensure timely and accurate resolution of ESG queries from investors, lenders, and banks, while incorporating key stakeholder expectations into reporting and disclosures.
 Oversee completion and submission of ESG assessments for key account customers with accuracy and timeline.
III. Digitalization & Awards:
 Lead implementation of digitalization initiatives aligned with evolving ESG reporting and regulatory requirements.
 Drive participation in sustainability awards to enhance organizational recognition.
