- Compensation: Starting at $35 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
- On-Call: Periodic on-call availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Administer treatments and medications strictly following physician orders and facility protocols.
- Collaboration: Partner with physicians, nursing staff, and therapists to create and update individualized resident treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain precise electronic medical records regarding resident progress and clinical outcomes.
- Education: Act as a resource for residents and their families, explaining treatment paths and discharge requirements.
- Safety: Uphold rigorous infection control standards and ensure a sterile, safe treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Texas RN or LVN license.
- Experience: Prior work in post-acute or long-term care environments is preferred.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment capabilities and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced setting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and a genuine commitment to compassionate resident care.
