Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for maintaining building facades and interiors, signage, hardscape, fencing, and other items as necessary
  • Build, assemble, and/or install new equipment as needed
  • Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, water pumps, air conditioning, irrigation, fountains, and other items as needed
  • Assist with the maintenance and inspection of amusement rides as needed
  • Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety regulations
  • Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain workplace cleanliness and uphold company standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to fabricate and repair using wood and other commonly used building materials
  • Ability to repair and maintain PVC and other commonly used domestic water piping
  • Ability to operate fork-lifts and man-lifts
  • Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management software
  • Detailed knowledge of air conditioning equipment and ice makers
  • NATE and EPA 608 certification a plus
  • Ability to use electrical and mechanical schematics during routine maintenance and/or troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations
  • Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary duties which include: climbing and working at heights up to and above 130 ft., working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, stoop and twist
  • Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools
  • Available to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
  • Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug-free workplace
