DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining building facades and interiors, signage, hardscape, fencing, and other items as necessary
- Build, assemble, and/or install new equipment as needed
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical systems, water pumps, air conditioning, irrigation, fountains, and other items as needed
- Assist with the maintenance and inspection of amusement rides as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment and comply with all safety regulations
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain workplace cleanliness and uphold company standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years verifiable experience in troubleshooting and repair of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to fabricate and repair using wood and other commonly used building materials
- Ability to repair and maintain PVC and other commonly used domestic water piping
- Ability to operate fork-lifts and man-lifts
- Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management software
- Detailed knowledge of air conditioning equipment and ice makers
- NATE and EPA 608 certification a plus
- Ability to use electrical and mechanical schematics during routine maintenance and/or troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and present solutions for a variety of situations
- Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary duties which include: climbing and working at heights up to and above 130 ft., working in confined spaces, and lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, stoop and twist
- Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools
- Available to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco and drug-free workplace
