Attend all matches
Help schedule matches and tournaments
Take care of equipment and facilities
Oversee the entire sports program: Junior High, Freshman/C Team, Junior Varsity and Varsity.
Lead and organize collections, inventory, and storage of equipment
Report any problems or concerns to the Athletic Director
Set up Awards Banquet for the program’s athletes
Recommend facility improvements, equipment to be purchased, schedule improvements, etc. to the Athletic Director
Coaching experience preferred
Athletic/sports experience in High School and/or college preferred
Knowledge of Kearney School District and MSHSSA guidelines and policies
Missouri Teaching Certification or DESE Substitute Certificate
CPR and First Aid Certified

Summary
The Head Coach is responsible for the entire volleyball program. This includes the teaching of skills, technique, and tactics of the game.
