Job Summary
As a Procurement Digitalisation Specialist You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures. You will analyze procurement performance data to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance procurement strategies.
Key Areas of Responsibility
• Evaluating supplier performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Preparing reports and presentations on procurement performance metrics.
• Supporting the implementation of procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Supporting in driving risk awareness by providing information on payment terms, contingency plans.
• Understanding systems and tools as well as ensuring quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in relevant systems, enabling a single source of truth.
• Ensuring that all Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.
• Performing forward looking analyses on price & concept savings.
• Driving monthly analyses of actuals vs Annual operating plan.
• Providing information on cost trackers, concept savings funnel, contingency plans.
Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement analysis or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly recommended to ensure a strong understanding of procurement processes and standards.
