Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinic Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor and assess patient conditions and document findings

  • Support physicians during examinations and procedures

  • Educate patients and families about ongoing care plans

  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with facility policies

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid NY State license as an LPN or RN

  • Previous clinical or long-term care experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team
