What You’ll Do
- Provide clinic-based ABA services under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments, treatment plans, and program updates within scope
- Support individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Help supervise, train, and support RBTs under BCBA oversight
- Review client data and communicate progress with the supervising BCBA
- Assist with parent and caregiver training as appropriate
- Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and clinic staff
- Maintain documentation according to BACB, payer, and clinic standards
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Active BCaBA certification
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA care
- CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred:
- Experience supporting RBTs
- Clinic-based ABA experience
- Interest in continued growth, mentorship, or future BCBA certification
