What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain outdoor power equipment
• Service mowers, tractors, blowers, chainsaws, tillers, and more
• Work on trusted brands like John Deere, Stihl, Honda, and Billy Goat
• Perform preventative maintenance and repair work
• Explain repairs clearly to customers when needed
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Continue building your skills through technical and product training

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with small engines or outdoor power equipment repair
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose and fix problems independently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly

Preferred experience with:

• John Deere
• Honda
• Stihl

Additional Requirements

• Must provide your own tools
or purchase tools through us at a team member discount

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Schedule

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week during off-season
• Up to 45 hours during peak season
• Day shift hours
