Join Transcom as a Payroll and HR Specialist!
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in administrative excellence and has a solid background in payroll processing and social security regulations. In this role, you will:
Assist in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring all data is accurate and submitted on time
Coordinate with external labor consultancies (asesorías) and manage Social Security filings and communications
Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payslips, contracts, benefits, and leave management
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring 100% compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations
Support the integration of new hires by preparing documentation and assisting with their first-day logistics
Identify ways to streamline administrative HR processes to improve the employee experience

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish AND English
Proven experience (3+ years) in HR administrative roles, specifically focusing on Payroll, Labor Law, and Social Security
Familiarity with working alongside external providers (asesorías) and a solid understanding of local labor regulations
A passionate team player prepared to go the extra mile when needed
Empathetic and able to simplify complex payroll matters to employees
A hands on approach to work
Resilience and adaptability
