Specific Responsibilities Would Include::

Overall Responsibilities

 

• Input Purchase Orders /Style/Material data in SAP/PLM/IBT system.
• Make sure on time/accuracy data inputting.
• Verify order/shipping documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with counter party to get correct/on time data for data inputting.
• Assist to resolve issues or discrepancies related to Data input/system input.
• Follow compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have::

Additional Requirements

 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree majoring in English, International Trade or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data entry and manipulation.
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is an advantage, but not required.
