**Job Summary:**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented QA Clerk for the Second Shift to join our team. The QA Clerk will be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks on products, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations during the second shift.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified requirements and standards
- Record and document quality assurance data and findings
- Identify and report any deviations or defects in products
- Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues
- Collaborate with the production team to maintain quality standards
- Follow company policies and procedures related to quality assurance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality processes
**Work Schedule:**
- Second Shift: [Monday-Friday 4pm to 1am]
