Your Role:
As a Water & Fire Mitigation Technician, you’ll play a key role in helping clients recover from property damage. Whether responding to emergency calls, performing structural repairs, or assisting with cleanup efforts, you’ll be at the forefront of restoration efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency restoration and Makesafe service calls.
  • Assist in water extraction, fire damage cleanup, and structural repairs.
  • Work closely with a supportive team to restore homes and businesses.
  • Maintain and operate restoration equipment efficiently.
  • Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are met.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and help clients navigate the recovery process.

What We’re Looking For:

  • WRT and ASD certifications
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge or industry software: Xactimate, Mitigate/MICA, Xactanalysis, and other similar industry programs.
  • Hardworking, hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of restoration work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working on job sites.
  • Prior handyman or restoration experience is a plus.
  • Carpentry experience is a plus.
  • Emergency service work is a plus. 
  • Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations (24/7 availability as needed).
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to help people in times of need.

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 100lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Comfortable with standing for extended periods and handling physically demanding tasks.
