Job Description

Position Summary:

We Level Up, under new leadership, is growing our residential treatment team in Spokane Valley and is seeking dedicated Mental Health Professionals who value collaboration, structure, and quality care. Mental Health Professionals are responsible for providing mental health and substance use treatment services in an inpatient residential setting. MHPs work closely with residents to provide daily therapeutic support and ensure individualized care plans are implemented effectively. This includes facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions. Each MHP supports a caseload of approximately 8–16 residents and plays an active role in treatment planning, documentation, and coordination with community providers.



Position Responsibilities:




  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  • Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies.

  • Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with additional resources and support services as needed.
