POSITION TITLE: Machine Operator (1st Shift)

HOURS: Monday – Friday. Minimum of 40+ hour work week (overtime as needed).
FUNCTION
- Operate CNC Machine, Perform TPM and first piece’s inspection. Mostly work with some production floor interface.
- Candidate must possess or demonstrate the ability to work with computers, dust and heavy parts in a fast-track environment (training available).
- Require the attitude to work with minimum supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run CNC Machine and move heavy parts - (almost 86% of time)
- Inspect quality of products - (almost 2% of time)
- Support other team members - (almost 10% of time)
- Suggest ideas for improvement- (almost 0.5% of time)
- Report Inspection status (TPM) - (almost 0.5% of time)
- Attend department meetings and training - (almost 1% of time)
