PRACTICANTE DE RECURSOS HUMANOS


Requisitos:



  • Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Empresarial o afín.

  • Ser estudiante ACTIVO y contar con seguro facultativo vigente.

  • Inglés intermedio

  • Manejo de paquetería Office (excel intermedio indispensable). 

  • Habilidades: responsable, proactivo, trabajo en equipo, comunicación asertiva, servicio al cliente, transparente, honesto, trabajo bajo presión.


Principales Responsabilidades:



  • Apoyar en el proceso de reclutamiento de personal operativo.

  • Apoyar en el proceso de capacitación y actualizar la matriz de capacitación.

  • Dar seguimiento a las propuestas de mejora.

  • Apoyar en la organización y comunicación de los eventos internos / corporativos.

  • Atender a los clientes internos (colaboradores).

  • Solicitar cotizaciones a los proveedores.

  • Realizar la inducción al personal de nuevo ingreso.

  • Desarrollar un proyecto de mejora en el área.

  • Elaborar material de comunicación
