This role is part of the FP&A International Center of Expertise, responsible for providing financial analysis and support to all International regions, primarily through the execution of standardized and recurring processes such as financial close, forecasting, budgeting. We are seeking strong finance acumen and the ability to extract and communicate insights from data, supported by solid skills in database management, SQL, and Power BI.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Support the monthly financial close process, including journal entries, account and system reconciliations and supporting regions with controlling activities.
Assist in the quarterly forecasting cycle through system input, data validation, variance analysis, and reporting as needed.
Assist and maintain financial models, reports and dashboards
Support with recurring business processes: commercial policy, sales programs, sales force
bonus and operating expenses
Assist and run controlling and internal control activities across key areas including discounts, and profitability by product line, etc.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls across our operations.
Develop and maintain historical database with our key business drivers
Improve processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Identify and lead process improvement initiatives through process redesign and automation using tools such as SQL, KNIME, or Power BI, driving continuous process improvement
Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses by integrating data from systems to uncover trends, patterns, and profitability opportunities, delivering financial insights
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and FP&A practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data.
Demonstrated ability to prepare well-structured presentations using PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Experience in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Experience in leveraging data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Experience with SAP is a plus
