The Maintenance Technician supports one or multiple apartment properties maintaining routine service requests as well as preventative maintenance. He/she will be responsible for completing this work safely and timely to provide our residents with superior customer service. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our apartment community in Carlisle, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Exhibiting strong commitment to the service needs of the internal and external customer
- Communicating and working well with both leasing and maintenance staff members
- Always representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, service requests, turnovers, preventative maintenance to units and common areas as well as any other duties assigned
- Sharing on-call responsibility
- Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical and plumbing related issues
- Providing own (basic) hand tools
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Attending in-house training as required
- Maintaining current preventative maintenance property logs
