This is a unique, "hybrid" role designed for a high-performer who is career-oriented and ready for growth. You will serve as the backbone of our cleaning team while training to step into management. This position offers a dual-pay structure to reward your leadership: $14.00/hr for Housekeeping shifts and $14.50/hr for Supervisor shifts (with potential for more based on your experience).

Your Leadership & Career Growth Focus
In this role, you aren’t just cleaning; you are preparing for a career in hotel management.
The 3/2 Split: You will work 3 shifts as a high-performing Housekeeper and 2 shifts as the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Managerial Support: You will act as the "Point of Contact" and lead the department when the Housekeeping Manager is off-property or on PTO.
Quality Control: You will assist in inspecting rooms and ensuring the team maintains our high standards of excellence.
Stepping Up: You are the go-to person when leadership is needed, demonstrating a willingness to handle challenges and guide the team.

Your Essential Cleaning & Operational Duties
As our Lead Housekeeper, you lead by example, ensuring every space meets our high standards for hygiene and presentation.
Area Cleaning: Clean guestrooms, lobbies, corridors, and laundry facilities according to company standards and time frames.
Replenishing Supplies: Ensure all guest rooms and common areas are fully stocked with necessities.
Equipment & Waste: Maintain housekeeping carts and transport waste efficiently and hygienically.
Guest Interaction: Greet every guest with a warm, friendly "Energy" that makes them feel at home.

Safety, Security, and Additional Support
Safety & Security: Adhere to all policies to protect yourself, our guests, and company property.
Chemical Handling: Safely use all materials and tools to avoid waste or accidents.
Laundry Operations: Lead the House Laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding.
