Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of luxury residential renovation projects, from budgeting and planning to final delivery.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets using BuilderTrend.
Ensure compliance with plans, specs, local building codes, and quality standards.
Lead weekly project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders.
Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and proactively solve problems as they arise.
Oversee subcontractor performance and site coordination to ensure timely completion.
Maintain thorough project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and punch lists.
Support multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on time and on budget.
Coordinate with inspectors, manage permitting timelines, and ensure all close-out procedures are followed.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing luxury residential renovation projects valued at $1M+
Proficient with BuilderTrend project management software (required)
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and field coordination skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teams
Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specs, and engineering documents
Commercial construction experience is a plus
High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering premium-quality results
Experience managing multiple subcontractors across various trades
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
