Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely payments. This role supports the accounting department by verifying expenses, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Education & Experience:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
