Job Description

Transdev Sweden is looking for a Head of Communications!

Do you want
to shape the story of the future of public transportation?
At
Transdev, we move millions of people every day. But our journey is about more
than transportation — it’s about people, communities, and building trust in
every interaction.
We are now
looking for a Head of Communications who wants to take strategic and creative
responsibility for how Transdev is perceived in Sweden — internally,
externally, and digitally.
In this
role, you will act as a close advisor to senior management and lead the work
around brand, communication, and storytelling in an organization with high
ambitions and a strong societal mission.

About
the Role
You will be
responsible for developing and implementing Transdev Sweden’s communication and
brand strategy, aligned with the Group’s overall direction.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing
strategic advice to management on communication, branding, and reputation
    management
  • Managing
internal and external communications, including media relations, change
    communication, and crisis communication
  • Developing
engaging storytelling and content for different target audiences and channels
  • Overseeing
    digital presence and social media
  • Driving
leadership profiling and employee advocacy initiatives
  • Further
developing the Transdev brand and ensuring a clear and consistent tone of voice
and visual identity across all communication
  • Working
closely with HR to strengthen Transdev’s employer attractiveness through
compelling storytelling, strong tonal consistency, and a cohesive brand
    experience
  • Managing
press and media relations and confidently handling communication matters in
    complex and sometimes sensitive situations
  • Leading and
developing the communications function, while fostering strong collaboration
with communicators across the organization to ensure consistent, effective, and
    business-oriented communication

Who Are
You?
We are
looking for an experienced and business-oriented communications leader with the
ability to combine strategy, creativity, and execution.
To succeed
in this role, we believe you:

  • Have at
least 10 years of experience in communications, branding, corporate
    communications, or public affairs
  • Have
experience working closely with executive management teams and senior
    stakeholders
  • Are used to
driving communication initiatives in complex organizations with multiple target
    groups
  • Have a
strong understanding of brand building, digital communication, and social media
  • Are a
skilled storyteller with a strong sense of tone of voice, messaging, and visual
    communication
  • Have
experience in media relations and crisis communication and feel confident
handling issues that impact brand, trust, and external perception
  • Are a
confident leader who creates collaboration and engagement
  • Speak and
    write Swedish and English fluently
  • Experience
from larger companies, public service-oriented businesses, or international
    environments is considered an advantage.

What We
Offer
You will be
offered an exciting role in a values-driven company where our employees are our
greatest asset. Our values — Action, Responsibility, Innovation, and
Partnership — guide our everyday work, and you will play an important role
in strengthening these values.
You will
report to the HR & Communications Director.
Your
primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Bromma, Stockholm. The role
includes travel within Sweden as well as internationally, as you will work
closely with both the Swedish organization and Transdev Group.

according to ITP. You will also receive group insurance coverage, lunch
benefits via Edenred, an annual wellness allowance, subsidized massage, and
